Journeyman Electrician (Commercial & Industrial)

What You'll Do

* Lead and mentor installation crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects.

* Coordinate material needs and maintain inventory for assigned jobs.

* Track labor hours, project costs, and productivity.

* Assist with manpower planning and scheduling to keep projects on track.

* Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems.

* Perform installation, termination, and testing of 480V switchgear.

* Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.

* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC standards and local electrical codes.

* Maintain a safe work environment while meeting quality and production expectations.

* Work closely with project managers, field supervisors, and other trades to ensure successful project completion.

What We're Looking For

* Current Journeyman Electrician License.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Proven experience installing and terminating 480V switchgear.

* Strong commercial and industrial electrical background.

* Ability to accurately read blueprints, schematics, and electrical layouts.

* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

* Leadership experience overseeing crews is highly preferred.

* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

* Reliable transportation and personal hand tools.

Compensation & Benefits

*Pay:$30.00 - $43.00 per hour, depending on experience
