Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Pierce Technology Corp, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects that align with company goals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes while managing resources, budgets, and timelines. Your role involves utilizing project management methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Lead project kick-off meetings to set expectations and timelines; communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identifying any potential risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate resources, develop budgets, and allocate tasks amongst team members to meet project demands.
Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Report project status, outcomes, and success metrics to senior management, making recommendations for process improvements.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and identify areas for future enhancement.
