Peds/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN

Location: Seattle, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00), with every other weekend required.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Peds/Neonatal Critical Care Transport RN to support ground transportation needs in the Seattle area. The successful candidate will work with a dedicated transportation team consisting of respiratory therapists and advanced practice providers to transport infants and pediatric patients from various facilities, such as hospitals, emergency rooms, and NICUs, to a higher level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the transport team to ensure safe transport of patients.
• Assist in the stabilization and management of critically ill infants and children.
• May float to cover as bedside nurse in NICU, PICU, or pediatric units.
• Participate in community outreach and education related to transport care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2 years of experience in pediatric/neonatal critical care.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS.
• Experience with ground transportation is required.
• Charting system experience with Epic is required.
