Senior Credit Analyst (C&I) VP

Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an VP Credit Analyst (C&I) for a permanent position!
Responsibilities:
- Credit and risk control through analyses of the factors in the credit business (C&I)
- Due diligence vetting and performing analyses on transactions
- Defending cases to Credit Committee
- Preparing Credit Assessments
- Reviewing Legal Documentation focusing on credit terms such as collateral, covenants, etc.
- Post disbursement management
- Covenant Compliance
- Act as a risk manager escalating risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years credit related work experience
- C&I Credit Exposure
