The Tire and Lube Technician provides essential roadside and in-bay services focusing on tire installation, oil changes, and light mechanical maintenance for commercial trucks, trailers, and other vehicles. Operating primarily within a regional service team and mobile field unit, this role emphasizes safety, promptness, and professionalism while delivering daily on-site assistance using company-provided tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire installations and replacements efficiently
- Conduct oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance
- Inspect brakes and other light mechanical components
- Provide timely roadside assistance to customers
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in tire installation and oil change procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
