IT Administrator (NetSuite ERP)

We are seeking a local skilled and reliable IT Administrator with hands-on experience supporting and administering Oracle NetSuite ERP environments. This role is responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, managing integrations, and optimizing business operations through technology.

Position Details

• Full-time, on-site position; Candidates must reside in the local area and be able to reliably commute
• M-F 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the NetSuite ERP platform
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and workflows
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP-related system issues
• Support and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and enhancements
• Develop, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards within NetSuite

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or technical support
• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Experience with user management, role-based access, and ERP workflows
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with SQL, system integrations, and scripting
