Property Maintenance Technician – Oxford, MS

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of residential properties in Oxford, MS. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential properties
Maintain outdoor areas through mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping activities
Operate lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance concerns
Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance as needed
Ensure properties are clean, presentable, and properly maintained
Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and policies

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or a related field
Familiarity with operating lawn care and landscaping equipment
Basic knowledge of residential maintenance and repair procedures
Experience with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems is highly preferred
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
