Real Estate Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking mid-level to senior Real Estate Associate Attorneys to join the Real Estate practice of a leading Am Law firm in its Dallas or New York office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with sophisticated transactional real estate experience who are interested in handling complex matters within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights

• Mid-level to senior-level experience in real estate law

• Sophisticated “dirt” real estate experience

• Experience handling complex real estate transactions, including:

  • Joint ventures

  • Acquisitions and dispositions

  • Purchase and sale transactions

  • Leasing

  • Real estate development

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent legal writing and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage sophisticated transactions and competing priorities

Compensation

$310,000–$445,000 base salary , depending on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
