Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides the opportunity to work directly with residents to improve functional abilities, mobility, and participation in daily routines.

Position Overview:

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with therapeutic activities targeting coordination, balance, self-care, and upper extremity function
Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use to promote safety and independence
Monitor resident response during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the OT
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
