Marcelino’s Seaport is seeking professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Bussers to support our upscale cocktail bar experience. Bussers play a key role in maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of our high-end environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, bar area, and service stations
Assist bartenders and servers with guest service needs
Refill water, polish glassware, and restock supplies throughout service
Support food and drink runners during peak hours
Ensure all guest areas meet high presentation and sanitation standards
Remove trash, sweep floors, and maintain overall organization
Anticipate team needs and contribute to smooth nightly operations
Uphold professionalism and guest-first hospitality standards at all times
