Purchasing Clerk

Purchasing Clerk We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to support our Purchasing and Supply Chain team. This position is responsible for processing purchase orders, maintaining purchasing records, communicating with vendors, tracking deliveries, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient purchasing operations. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. Key Responsibilities: Process and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system. Follow up on open purchase orders and delivery status. Review purchasing documents for accuracy. Maintain vendor records and pricing information. Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and product availability. Assist with resolving routine purchasing and invoice discrepancies. Support the Purchasing and Accounting teams with documentation and administrative tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. 12 years of experience in purchasing, administrative support, customer service, inventory, or a related office environment preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
