What You’ll Do:
As an Arcade Crew Member, you’ll be the face of our arcade—ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering top-notch service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily arcade operations and ensuring all safety rules are followed.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting issues with arcade equipment and games.
- Keeping the arcade clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assisting guests with game cards, explaining how our system works.
- Selling game credits and merchandise with a friendly attitude.
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong communication skills.
