Clear priorities, useful guidance, and timely decisions make a difference to how a team works. We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Tampa to support those everyday needs alongside the Operations Manager.

You’ll coordinate workloads, help colleagues resolve routine issues, and monitor the details behind daily business activity.

What You’ll Help Manage

• Plan daily task allocations and communicate team priorities.
• Coordinate schedules, internal requests, and outstanding actions.
• Check workflow progress and highlight resource or workload concerns.
• Assist with onboarding, training arrangements, and team briefings.
• Guide colleagues through established procedures.
• Maintain operational records and prepare progress reports.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and routine business requirements.
• Help resolve service or process issues and escalate complex matters.
• Support approved changes to systems and working practices.
• Identify practical ways to improve coordination and reduce delays.

A Foundation You Can Build On

Experience in operations, team coordination, administration, hospitality supervision, or retail leadership is helpful. You may have trained new starters, organized shifts, or supported a team through a busy period.

• Confidence using spreadsheets, calendars, and workplace software.
• A willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Reliable availability for on-site work in Tampa.

A particular degree or previous management title isn’t required.

Develop Your Management Skills

Training will cover company processes, reporting expectations, and operational systems. You’ll work closely with management to build experience in workload planning, team support, and process improvement.
