What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience 3+ years of sourcing, full cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with proven success in utilizing a range of recruitment tools and resources. Preferred Qualifications Experience 3+ years multi-state recruitment to include geography-based sourcing strategies within a metric driven environment. 3+ years proven tech savviness of ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office. Skills Bilingual is a plus, not required. The base pay for this position generally is between $61,400.00 and $109,100.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
