Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced and competent RN specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel assignment in New Braunfels, TX. The role involves providing routine and complex care with an independent practice. You will be working night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Work independently in the clinical setting and demonstrate awareness in complex situations
• Develop care plans and manage both routine and long-range goals
• Delegate tasks to other care providers to effectively manage the clinical environment
• Provide nursing care using the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols; monitor effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess educational needs and provide relevant education to patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
