Engaged in resolving service failures and implementing corrective and preventative measures. Reports to the General Manager. Responsibilities Respond to customers concerns via email Daily. Monitor and review managers’ performance. Monitor and review staff productivity. Manage, plan and control all elements of warehouse and ramp activities. Preferred Skills Prior experience in cargo and ramp operations, and with good customer service and leadership skills.
