Sr Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will be part of the IT and Business Analysis department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Raleigh, North Carolina Pay Range: $45.00 What's the Job? Lead discovery sessions to understand, document, and analyze business needs, workflows, and system requirements. Translate business objectives and product requirements into clear, comprehensive technical specifications. Conduct complex data and process analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and recommended solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Develop test cases, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and execute functional testing to validate system performance and user experience. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in financial services or credit union environments. Experience with enterprise systems, automation tools, or workflow platforms, with a strong preference for OnBase or document management solutions. Advanced understanding of business analysis methodologies, SDLC frameworks, and enterprise system design. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
