Job Title: Physical Therapist: Home Health

Location: Waco, TX

Setting: Home Health

Pay Range: $2200-2400/weekly

Schedule: 07:00 - 15:00 (Rotating)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly.

Requirements: 1 year of experience as a PT Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health Valid Physical Therapist license Be willing to obtain TX licensure

Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
Create and manage individualized care plans
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
