Data Engineer

Job Summary A Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that collects, stores, and processes data. The role focuses on automating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with data scientists and analysts. Key Responsibilities Designing and managing data pipelines to automate the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources. Building and maintaining databases and ensuring data quality and integrity through validation and cleaning processes. Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to ensure data is accessible and usable for analysis. Implementing data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations. Staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in data engineering. Required Skills Proficiency in Python. Experience with Snowflake. Proficiency with AWS Data Engineering services such as Glue, Lambda, S3, EMR, CloudWatch, IAM, and Athena. Preferred Skills Experience with DBT. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
