Our patients require the highest level of skill. If you have experience—or a burning desire to gain expertise—in Tracheostomy Care, Ventilator Management, and Seizure Disorders, this is your platform.

• The Clinical Challenge: You will manage ventilators, monitor respiratory status minute-by-minute, administer precise medication doses via G-Tubes, and perform skilled wound care for post-surgical patients.

Who You Will Care For

Our patients are children with incredible spirits facing significant challenges, including:

• Cerebral Palsy

• Muscular Dystrophy

• Traumatic Brain Injuries

• Genetic Disorders

• Complications of Prematurity

• Technology Dependence (Ventilator/Tracheostomy)

What You Bring to the Table

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Pediatric experience is highly preferred. (New Grads with a strong med/surg clinical rotation and a passion for peds are encouraged to apply! We provide extensive training.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• A desire to work independently and utilise your critical thinking skills.

• A compassionate heart and a steady hand.
