Job Summary
We are looking for a mid-level Full-Stack Engineer who can take ownership of features and projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams and senior engineers to understand requirements, build solutions, and deliver reliable, production-ready software.
This role is suited for someone who has moved beyond the basics and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility while continuing to grow toward a senior-level role.
What You'll Do

• Take ownership of software features and projects from planning through production.
• Work across both frontend and backend areas of an internal business platform.
• Build and maintain integrations with cloud and AI-based systems.
• Partner with business teams to understand their workflows and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Help define technical approaches and contribute to architectural decisions with guidance from senior engineers.
• Ensure applications follow appropriate security, access control, and data governance practices.
• Follow software development best practices related to testing, deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve existing applications.
• Gather feedback from users and business stakeholders and continuously improve the platform.
• Balance business priorities, delivery timelines, quality, and reliability.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience working on both frontend and backend applications.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms. Azure experience is preferred.
• Exposure to AI and LLM-based applications or integrations is a plus.
• Understanding of application security, authentication, and access management.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and sensitive business data.
• Familiarity with software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Experience working with CI/CD and modern software deployment environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with non-technical business stakeholders and understand their requirements.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
