About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide dynamic and mission-driven leadership. The CEO will work in close partnership with the Board of Directors to define and advance the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals. Key responsibilities include ensuring organizational effectiveness, sustainability, and community impact, as well as providing oversight of all programs and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial and administrative management, fostering a positive workplace culture, and serving as the primary spokesperson and ambassador for the organization. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior management role, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare, community health, or nonprofit leadership. The role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on outcomes, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead through growth and change. The ideal candidate will be a motivating and influencing leader, skilled at building strong teams and maintaining relationships with community partners and policymakers. Experience in financial management, and a proven track record of integrating multiple functional areas into a cohesive organization, are essential.
