Supervising a team of financial support services employees, the full-time Billing Supervisor will manage the revenue cycle for a subset of partners and clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Oversee the billing process, ensuring timely billing of unbilled balances and follow-up on accounts receivable Manage staffing and workflow volumes, utilizing a workflow management system to allocate resources effectively Conduct employee lifecycle activities including interviewing, training, and performance management to ensure high service quality Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional organization At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a billing function preferred Proficiency in 3E, Elite, or Aderant, and advanced MS Excel skills Familiarity with legal terminology and document formats used in legal workVacancy posted 2 days ago
