Responsibilities Lead a project team of 3-10 professionals, establishing project workplans, staffing, budgets, and schedules. Manage contractual, financial, and cost‑control responsibilities across all phases of architectural projects. Provide healthcare‑specific planning and maintain strong client relationships. Oversee the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, ensuring high‑quality documentation. Interface with clients and contractors, lead meetings during the construction administration phase, and respond to RFIs and submittals. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects. Prior experience with healthcare facility design. Registered architect preferred; actively pursuing licensure is acceptable. Proficiency in healthcare regulations and codes. Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation, including reviewing submittals and revising documents in Revit. Up to 20% regional and national travel expected.
