Duties
- Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing.
- Draft acquisition agreements and related documentation.
- Manage due diligence teams effectively.
- Collaborate across practice areas as part of a team.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in corporate transactions, focusing on public M&A and take-private transactions.
- Strong knowledge of acquisition agreements and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a challenging workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills and maturity.

Strong academic credentials required.
