zTrip is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatch & Fleet Coordination Specialist to support nightly fleet operations. In this role, you will oversee real-time dispatch activity, coordinate driver assignments, and provide ongoing support to both drivers and customers to ensure smooth and efficient service during evening hours.

This fast-paced position requires strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout your shift.

What You’ll Do as a Dispatch & Fleet Coordination Specialist:

• Assign drivers based on trip demand, availability, and scheduling needs
• Monitor active trips and quickly resolve routing, service, or operational issues
• Communicate route updates, trip changes, and instructions clearly to drivers
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and operational documentation
• Provide administrative support during evening hours, including customer and billing assistance
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We’re Looking for as a Dispatch & Fleet Coordination Specialist:

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Effective decision-making and prioritization abilities
• Professional communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Familiarity with dispatch or fleet management systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
