New Grad Registered Nurse Residency

Ogden Regional Medical Center seeks New Grad Registered Nurses for our comprehensive RN Residency. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you will provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations while developing core clinical skills in assessment, medication administration, telemetry, and patient education. The program offers structured classroom learning, simulation, and mentored clinical rotations. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, prioritize patient safety, document accurately in the EMR, and participate in quality and improvement initiatives within our supportive, patient-first culture.
