Salary Range: $57,000 – $65,000 yearly (based on experience)

Renewed Outdoors is a growing, locally owned landscape supply company serving homeowners, landscapers, contractors, and businesses throughout Northwest Ohio. We provide mulch, soil, stone, outdoor products, delivery services, and installation solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Store Operations Manager to lead our store team, manage inventory, improve processes, and create an excellent customer experience across our locations.

The Role

The Store Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of our two store locations. This position leads a small, close-knit team of Store Associates and Assistant Store Managers while owning store operations, inventory management, personnel, and customer experience.

This is a working leadership role . Our managers lead by example and work alongside their team - whether that means helping customers, assisting with daily tasks, operating equipment, organizing products, or stepping in wherever needed.

The right person enjoys leading people, improving processes, creating structure, and taking ownership of their department.

Schedule

• Full-time salary position

• Primarily Monday–Friday

• Saturday; seasonal flexibility is required during the peak spring season

• Occasional Saturdays during busy periods
