Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time opportunity is available for an experienced retail pharmacist in Rathdrum, ID, offering a 13-week contract to hire assignment. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who excels in customer service and teamwork.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday shifts allow for a day off on Thursday or Friday)

Work Environment:

• Pharmacy volume of 300 – 400 prescriptions per day
• Team includes 3 technicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 cashier
• Utilizes the Pioneer pharmacy system

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verifying prescriptions to ensure patient safety
• Providing patient counseling to support medication adherence and health outcomes
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting their workflow
• Maintaining a strong focus on exemplary customer service and collaborative teamwork

Qualifications:

• Active and clear pharmacist license for Idaho
• Proven pharmacy experience in retail settings
• Updated resume, skills checklist, and professional references
