Physical Therapist Location: Demopolis, AL Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,566 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 7/6/2026 Position Overview Physical Therapist (PT) required in Demopolis, Alabama (36732) for a 13‑week home health contract. The role includes home visits for patient care, periodic office meetings, and documentation within 24 hours of each appointment. The contractor will typically see 5–6 patients per day and will be assigned 5–10 patients daily, equating to roughly 6–8 points per day. Each type of visit and activity (documentation, travel, etc.) has a different point value. Contractor must travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic, with mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable. The contractor is responsible for accepting all scheduled patients regardless of distance, must meet weekly productivity points of 30 (equivalent to 40 hours per week), and may be floated to another nearby clinic if needed. No guaranteed hours are provided; contractor must be comfortable with potentially long drives between patients. Requirements Minimum of 1 full year of adult home health experience.
