McGrath Volkswagen of Dubuque is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our high-performing Parts Department. This role is essential to keeping our service department operating efficiently by ensuring technicians and customers receive the right parts quickly and accurately.

Requirements

Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Previous parts department or automotive experience preferred, but not required

What You'll Do

Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles Provide pricing and product information over the phone and in person Pull, fill, and stage parts orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate with service and collision repair teams to ensure timely parts delivery Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock management Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments Support the parts department with additional duties as needed
