Call Time Manager

John Beccia for Congress is seeking a Call Time Manager for the 2026 campaign cycle to assist with our strong, growing fundraising program. The Call Time Manager will be an integral part of the Finance Team and will help with tasks ranging from developing and executing in-state fundraising events to conducting donor research and managing and preparing the candidate's call time.

This is a full-time position based in the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Call time staffing, data management, research, and prospecting

• Plan, schedule, and staff daily call time for the candidate
• Prepare daily call sheets, briefings, and research materials. Ensure call time runs efficiently and stays on schedule
• Ensure databases and contact records are organized and up to date
• Identify and research prospective donors
• Track and execute all required follow up from calls

Other Finance Staff responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising activities with the fundraising consultant and other team members
• Finance Intern/Volunteer Program management (recruitment, training, management)
• Thank you letter program
• Staff fundraisers and prepare necessary briefing materials
• All other duties and responsibilities assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for meeting with and coordinating with campaign donors
• Prior fundraising experience strongly preferred
• Must live near or be willing to relocate to North Shore, MA

Compensation: $4,500-$5,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
