Our client is seeking a Family Physician (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) to join their team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. About the Role

The Family Physician will provide preventive, diagnostic, and ongoing medical care for patients across all stages of life. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality care, promoting patient wellness, and collaborating effectively with fellow healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

Perform routine physical exams, wellness visits, and preventive screenings

Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers

Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution (APNP for Nurse Practitioners)

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Wisconsin medical license or eligibility for licensure

Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
