Community Banking Manager

Community Banking Manager Location: 444 WMC Drive, Westminster, MD 21158 Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr - $73,700.00/yr What Sets You Up For Success Experience: 5+ years of progressive retail or community banking experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to reach performance goals and deliver superior customer experiences. Sales & Service Acumen: Skilled in identifying customer needs, promoting financial solutions, and fostering a culture of relationship‑based selling. Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and branch operations. Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and core banking systems; embraces digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement. Physical Requirements: Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. of currency/coin as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Coach, mentor, and develop your Community Banking team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales, deposit, and lending goals. Drive Results: Lead by example as a player‑coach—setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring your office meets and exceeds business objectives. Engage the Community: Represent ACNB Bank at local events and organizations, strengthening the bank’s presence and cultivating long‑term relationships. Champion Service Excellence: Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure each interaction reflects our standard of Service Excellence. Operational Oversight: Manage branch operations including vault balancing, compliance, and risk controls with precision and integrity. Collaborate for Growth: Partner with internal business lines such as Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Commercial Lending to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
