Back of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the role of Back of House Team Member is more than just a job; its an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent owner/operator, Back of House team members gain a life experience that goes far beyond serving great food in a friendly environment. They are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience for everyone who serves each day and ensuring that all guests receive Chick-fil-As exclusive service and food.
Type of position: Full-time and part-time

Responsibilities of Back of House team members:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, line, and food preparation
- Store kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
- Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
- Maintain personal knowledge by attending in-house training and staying updated on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing duties as assigned
- Always comply with Chick-fil-As dress code and standards
- Other duties assigned

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are managed by independent franchise business owners who make all their own business decisions and are responsible for their own operations
