Position: Product Manager / Business Analyst (Core Banking / Payments / Digital Transformation )

\n

Location: Weehawken, NJ (60% Onsite)

Client: Banking Domain

Must-Have Requirements

\n

\n
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner
\n
• Hands-on experience with Thought Machine (Vault Platform) is mandatory
\n
• Strong experience with Core Banking platforms and Ledger Operations
\n
• Experience with Mobile Payments / Mobile Pay , Digital Banking, and Payment Products
\n
• Experience building or enhancing:
\n
• Deposit Products
\n
• Payment Products
\n
• Cards
\n
• Lending Products
\n
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with User Stories, Backlog Management, and SDLC
\n
• Experience with GitLab, Jira, or similar Agile tools
\n
• Knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking products
\n
• Strong stakeholder management, process mapping, and business transformation expertise
\n
• Proficiency with Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
\n
