The Inside Salesperson plays a vital role within the sales team by managing and nurturing a diverse customer base. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role focuses on generating leads, negotiating sales, and maintaining strong communication to support and grow company revenues. Occasional local travel may be required to engage directly with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to build sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to customers
• Negotiate sales terms to close deals effectively
• Conduct follow-up communications to nurture customer relationships
• Assist with sales forecasting and planning
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling products and services
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Customer service excellence and communication abilities
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills
• In-depth product knowledge
