Registered Nurse (3300)BHC - Medical Drive Main - Birmingham, AL 35235OverviewPosition Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level Associates Degree Category Other PositionsDescriptionUS Heart and Vascular is in need of a Registered Nurse to join our team at Brimingham Heart Clinic located in Birmingham, ALResponsibilities:Plan, implement, and coordinate patients' plans of care.Make sure clinic notes are prepped properly by MA prior to clinicConvey patient problems, abnormal results to MDRelay test results and MD treatment plan to the patientDocument in EMR all required information for each visit to patientObtain pre-authorizations for medication, diagnostic testing, and hospital procedures.Performs all other related duties as assigned and serves in whatever other capacity deemed necessaryMay require travel to clinics in Gardendale, Pell City and OneontaRequirements:Current Alabama State Nursing LicenseWhy Choose Us?Comprehensive benefits packageMonday-Friday scheduleCME allowanceAbout the Area:Birmingham blends history, culture, and a growing job market.
