Assistant Location Lead

As an Assistant Location Lead, you’ll partner closely with the Store Leader to keep operations running smoothly, support your team, and deliver a great experience for both customers and employees. What You’ll Do Support daily store operations and help create a positive, productive work environment Communicate updates, challenges, and opportunities with the Store Leader in real time Help maintain a safe and secure store, including inventory control, cash handling, and facility oversight Ensure deliveries run efficiently and support upkeep of the delivery fleet Oversee the timely processing of damaged, defective, or returned products Assist with scheduling to ensure strong coverage and work-life balance for the team Support hiring efforts and help welcome new team members Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws Help prepare reports, track performance, and keep operations organized What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (automotive experience is a plus, but not required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer skills and comfort with written communication Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr Bencoequipment
