What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate sterile processing operations to support surgical procedures
• Manage inventory levels of OR supplies, equipment, and instruments
• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of OR equipment to meet safety standards
• Lead team members to improve productivity and quality of sterile processing services
• Train and develop staff, fostering a positive, compliant work environment
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and supply utilization reports
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations

What You Need

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in sterile processing or related surgical environment
• Valid certification (CRCST, CSPDT, CST) preferred
• Proficiency with computer software and inventory management systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

Preferred:

• Experience as a scrub tech or surgical tech in a hospital setting
• Leadership experience in a healthcare environment
