The engineer will need to understand the equipment and process for each work area on the production floor. Improvements will need to be identified and implemented in a timely manner. The engineer will also be responsible to research, maintain, and operate the 3D printers. Eye exam is required annually.Demonstrated ability to work with production floor associates.Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers.Demonstrated ability to utilize TTM Praxa system for all Engineering tasks.Proficient in the use of Adobe, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, SolidworksRobust troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Ability to work effectively with little supervision.U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to ITAR regulations)Education:BSME with experience in robotics and/or automation and 3D printing preferred or a Technical degree and 5+ years engineering/technical related experience in robotics / automation / 3D Printing.Preferred Experience: Experience with conveyor systems and electronics manufacturing is a plus.Experience Dealing with suppliers and customerProject Management experience is a plus.Compensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs.
