FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
in a Medical Office.
Full Time OR Part Time options are available.
Must be CERTIFIED OR ELIGIBLE FOR CERTIFICATION, computer literate and experienced with EHR. Must have BASIC understanding of ICD10 and able to continue to learn and update knowledge.
WE WIL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WHO IS EAGER TO LEARN AND GROW WITH THE PRACTICE.
Strong communication skills, ABILITY TO ADDRESS PATIENTS' PAYMENTS. Attention to detail and ACCURACY are required for this position.
The ideal candidate will be able to schedule patients in efficient fashion in order to optimize "patient flow", and will be able to accurately verify Insurances and collect payments when appropriate.
Must be able to ensure that services are coded correctly, verify insurances, and maintain close communication with the billing department.
