We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team at Ideal Therapy. Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support client progress
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuing education opportunities
• Provide education and support to caregivers and staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in GA and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• At least one year's experience as a licensed/practicing SLP.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred but not required
• Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and effective communication strategies.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving communication outcomes.
• Bilingual skills are a strong plus!
