Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to a dedicated patient group in alignment with healthcare services within the organization.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and professionals to optimize patient outcomes and care.
• Contribute to academic and research endeavors within the pharmacy department.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree from an ACPE-accredited program.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting or structured healthcare training.
  • PGY1 residency preferred; PGY2 highly desirable.
  • At least two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Licensure: Licensed pharmacist or eligibility for licensure in Florida.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, staff, and learners.
  • Familiarity with inpatient and ambulatory pharmacy operations.
  • Capability to support clinical care, education, and research initiatives.
