We are seeking a compassionate LPN to join our hospice team FULL TIME (Monday-Friday) and make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and their families. What you will do: Provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life. Support patients with empathy, clinical skills, and a listening heart. Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care. Offer emotional support and education to families during end-of-life-journeys What You Need: Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required Deep compassion, strong communication skills, and a calming presence Valid driver’s license & auto insurance A heart for hospice and the desire to make a difference At Seasons Hospice, its not just about adding days to life - it's about adding life to each day.
