Field Service Warranty Administrator

Be part of advancing innovation and sustainable transit solutions in the dynamic transportation industry. We are seeking a Field Service Warranty Administrator to support our warranty operations and customer service efforts. This position is primarily remote but requires occasional on-site visits to client facilities.

You will play a key role in tracking, coordinating, and reporting warranty claims using our specialized I-Warranty system. Full system training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage warranty claims using the I-Warranty system
• Track and coordinate return shipments of warranty parts
• Communicate with warranty companies to ensure claim resolution
• Generate and distribute monthly warranty performance reports
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and parts logistics
• Collaborate regularly with internal teams and customers by phone and in person
• Provide strong administrative support to ensure timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warranty administration and logistics
• OFSC experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Solid administrative experience within an office, manufacturing, or plant environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative client relationships

Location: Primarily remote, with on-site customer visits as needed

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Pay: $33.80 per hour
