Location: Toledo, Cleveland, or northern Ohio
Travel: 35%, primarily in-region

The Corterra Group includes Panel Control Integrators (PCI), a leader in control panel design and manufacturing, Qualtronics & Precision Manufacturing Company Inc. (PMCI), both leaders in custom wire harness design and manufacturing, and System7, a specialty engineering firm with proven expertise in systems integrations, design, and programming.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a hunter-minded Business Development & Sales Engineer to drive growth for the full Corterra platform, focusing on panel and engineering opportunities. You'll generate new business, expand into new markets, and represent Corterra as a trusted partner for control panel, wire harness, and automation solutions.
What You'll Do
Prospect and close new business for Corterra's platform companies.
Build a strong pipeline and consistently exceed sales targets.
Present technical solutions and proposals to engineers, managers, and executives.
Represent Corterra at trade shows, networking events, and customer visits.
Cross-sell solutions across the platform
What We're Looking For
3+ years of business development or sales experience in manufacturing, automation, or controls.
Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts.
Technical aptitude in control panels, automation, or wire harness solutions.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, competitive, and aligned with our values-driven culture.
