Senior Legal Counsel, Ceded Reinsurance & ILS
Markel Corporation
Markel Corporation seeks a Senior Legal Counsel, Ceded Reinsurance to support global ILS and reinsurance activities. You will structure, draft, and negotiate fronting and collateralized arrangements, coordinating Bermuda, London, and US teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely execution of documents.
The role requires deep experience in fronting, quota shares, ILWs, and RTFA structures, with strong drafting and negotiation skills across cross-border transactions.
