Boiler Operator (High Pressure Boiler)Three Rivers EnergyReports To: Production ManagerExempt: NoRevised: 10/10/2024Primary ResponsibilitiesWork in a safe and efficient manner at all times.Work to help maintain an accurate spare parts inventory.Work with entire staff to accomplish goals safely and effectively.Follow plant safety procedures.Must possess enthusiasm for their job and enjoy working in a team structure.Communicate with and report to the Production ManagerMust be able to read, write and effectively communicate using the English language and be able to communicate via two-way radios.See also responsibilities of production operators.Responsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food-grade production processes.Qualifications Education / Certification: State of Ohio, High Pressure Boiler Operator License required.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.Desired Knowledge / Experience: Experience in a Delta T setting will be given priority (Superior package boilers)Use knowledge of water chemistry to operate, maintain and troubleshoot Superior package boilers, deareator, cooling tower and water systems.Safe work history is a requirement.Use skills to ensure continuous operation of the facility.Knowledge of Mapcon maintenance management system and data entry for work orders, maintenance scheduling, and inventory.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
