Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active SLPA license and credentials
• Proven experience in a school setting preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse students
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary educational team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Implement therapy goals tailored to each student’s IEP
• Support both Spanish- and English-speaking students in their communication needs
• Accurately document student progress and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt materials and activities to support language development in a multicultural setting
• Participate in school-based meetings and professional development as assigned
